Default SEF sub categories not working after upgrade

My site is working on mtree 3.8
Please look at these pages
http://www.pegnrope.com/spain/barcelona/top-10
http://www.pegnrope.com/spain/madrid/top-10

Now when I upgrade to 3.9 [and Joomla! version 3.6.2] on a testbed and try, I get an error
The requested page can't be found.

Because sub category top-10 has same alias.

Where am I going wrong?

Please help

Hi,

Both pages loads fines? Could it be just a temporary caching issue?
