Banner/modulo in an spefic page

I have a medical directory.

I would like to sell ad's in "all levels": From General Directory (root) to specific medical specialty (dental - 3, 4 or more levels)

How can I do that? I started to create a menu with all direct url's, but the problem with this method is if I publish a module on main menu > directory it shows on all pages inside the directory.

I want specific advertising pieces on root page and specific advertising pieces on each "children pages"
