Mods - make me an offer!

Hi,
I’m looking for mods and I'm happy to pay for quality.
The mods that Grey is offering are pretty much up my street, but i need them sooner rather than later and he appears to be incommunicado. There may be even better iterations out there.

• I need a mod that will create a favourites list of property.

• I need a mod that will set up email updates and allow the user to edit and delete them.

• I need a mod that will integrate with Google Maps and create a bespoke map for each property.

• I would also like a mod that includes all the property for specific location plotted on a google map. So say for example a user searches on a county, then clicks search, rather than seeing all the property in a list the property is shown on map. Each county zoom level can be set for each county.

I would like to see demos of the mod first. I would also expect a level of support to get the mod installed with detailed instructions. Ideally it should be future proof. As I say I’m happy to pay so make me an offer.
I using HP 1.0 Beta 4.0, with Joomla 1.5.12.

Thanks, that Joomlamap looks interesting.

Unfortunetly the 1.5 demo doesnt work. How would i get hold of this mod? I assume it works and can be purchased.

If you go to the demo site I gave you you can find a contact us on top left that you click on. After you click you can fill in your data or you can call directly by the number there. Not so difficult to find.

It would be great if someone could make this as an HP extension for everyone to purchase. There are alot of people who would like these same exact things. Real estate websites have these things built in standard nowadays and if we can't offer them to users we will fall behind the crowd. Just my 2 cents.

I didnt appreciate you had to actually contact the owner of the site for a specific quote. I was looking for a download or a reference to price.

I am not sure if this is exactly what you meant by an email mod but I set up a feed through feedburner that allows people to sign up for email updates to my latest properties. It works quite well.

now is a year gone and i see, there are all the same questions and the same problems. So - Snpobben - you wrote me to have a look on this thread, but there are no News - anybody is searching for a solution of no costs ;-)

this was one of the point, to stop the map work on joomlamap. between yesterday and now, i work a long time on a solution named clustermaps, what is now ready to run with every MySQL database.

the alltime problem is, that nobody can say, which property software will be used on the market. Joomla Property Software is not on place one in hall of fame...

The next problem is, that nobody will pay for his solution. Every Guy wants to have the nice and Capital bringing ultimative Solution and will do big Business - but without payment for the guys, what will edit this all.

Do you think, the Property Sides like ononemap.com are building for 39.95 USD ?? or this Guys will work for 19.95 USD per month ???

Sure, you want to use it and will have big Money for each step you do for others - but i think, without correct payment for solutions, you will never have business with nice tools ans tools, what make you different between others.

But in all, i have never seen more other tools, what will work with Gmap, xml, or with different Joomla Components.

So i will finished up this End of Year my ononemap clone with XML Import and export and Map Support for Google, OpenStreetmap, Microsoft Map.

At this time, i have a solution, what will work with HP and Joomsuite resource. So in near Feature i will start a german & English speaking Portal for Propertys or things they have to build on Map Software.

Pricing will then not low ! - and any Work is then individual - there will not longer supported only Joomla com, mod or plg´s

For Joomla special - it will only update the horizontal Slideshow to Version for Joomla 1.5

All individual Work will hardcoded and integrated in Joomla 1.5.

If any interested in future to have other Property Side then all others - you are welcome to ask for.
