link to multimap

I'd like to add a link at the end of the postcode (or zipcode) to see map

i.e.
Postcode: W1C 1DX (see map)

the words 'see map' would link to multimap and attach the postcode to the url

i could do this any day in ASP but unfortunately not PHP...anyone help me out?

the file would be the main detail one....components/com_hotproperty/views/property/tmpl/default.php
