Search results not coherent

On website http://www.ici-londres.com/fr/annuaire-professionnel an entry in the right hand side search field, for example 'diéteticienne', a category, will return two categories containing entries for that category + one of the entries but no other.

Version 2.2.6 on Joomla 2.5.28

Can you please help.
