Default InnoDB mysql storage engine

Ive just upgraded my server to mysql 5.5 and Im trying to convert my databases to InnoDB from MyISAM.

Im getting an SQL error teling me some of the mtree tables dont support InnoDB, is there anything I can do about this?

ALTER TABLE `prefix_mt_links` ENGINE = InnoDB

MySQL said:
#1214 - The used table type doesn't support FULLTEXT indexes

So far it seems just that specific mt table that wont change

I've noticed that Mosets installs as MyISAM when all of the rest of my table is InnoDB - did you ever resolve this?

I'm guessing the non-reply from Mosets hasn't helped!
