Adding Custom text to Add Listing

Hi, is there anyway to add a few sentences of text to the top of the Add Listing form?
I need to add an introduction at the top of the listing submission. (It should not appear on the frontend directory though).
I tried doing it using the custom fields but there is no option for 'custom html'.
Would I have to hack the template to do this? If so how would it be done?
