Text Alignment and word count in summary/description

Hoping to find some help here. When I look on the front end, all of the listing descriptions are aligned centered. Editing my backend text editor to say style="text-align: left;" doesn't work. Still shows up centered in both the summary and full listing description. It also doesn't matter which Style I choose. There must be a main template setting that is overriding.

Also, how can I adjust the word count limit in the listing summary?
