No Print option in backend??

I notice the demo has a PDF, Print and email option in the frontend and I see that those options can be selected in the backend of the demo site however in my version of HP all I have is the PDF option.
I am using version 1.0.2 can someone tell me if I'm missing an update or something please or what I need to do to be able to print.
