How can I make the top menu and footer appear?

In the demo, under Mosets tree demo, there is a menu with: Home, Administrator, Module Positions,....

How can I make this appear ? I haven't been able to find a module for it. I have purchased the kinabalu template.

And also in the demo, the footer contains Contact Information and a recently updated section. How would I add that to the site as well?
