Make core telephone clickable in listing summary and edit href

I want to know where in the code I can go have a look. I want to basically build in an a tag with ajax call on the telephone number, so that i can track how many people click to view the number, it will be half hidden at first.

Anyone have an idea where in the code I can do this? And how do I specifically reference the core telephone number field?
