How do I edit/change the button text e.g. Contact Owner

Hi,

I would like to change the wording on the contact form button from 'Contact Owner' to just read 'Contact'

Where do I find the wording so that I can change it?

Hi Martin,

You can override the language string at:

/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_mtree.ini

Look for line 51:

COM_MTREE_CONTACT_OWNER="Contact Owner"

How do I get this to work. When I edit the ini file, change Owner to Agent, I get this eroor all across the site..

They appear where other tabs should.

Change any word is the best do it via Joomla Language manager.
After update your changes stay there and its easy to manage it.
Try it There is nice search where you can find your text and then just fill one column and its done
