Adding an introductory article before a listing in a page

I was asked to modify a site which I didn't make (I've never used Joomla CMS) there is a mosets tree in one page and I'm supposed to add an introductory article on top odf the page. Can this be done ? What documentation should I look into ?

It depends on your needs. You can write Description there in related category or what is that page ... Or you can use some module with text or display some article ...
