Managers - Can they edit all child listings?

I have a setup like this:

Top Level
--Child category 1
---Child category 2
----Child category 3
-----Listing
-----Listing
-----Listing
-----Listing

If I assing a manager to Top Level will they be able to edit/add listings to all child listings/categories under that category?

Sorry for asking but it's not clear from the docs, although I would assume the answer is probably yes.

Yes, they can manage the top level category plus all the other sub-categories beneath it.
