Mosets Tree > e-mail to reviewer upon rejection

When a review is rejected and the Send e-mail to reviewer upon approval/rejection check box is selected the email is not sent, however when approved it is sent.

Has anyone experienced of fixed this issue? thanks.

Just looking quickly at the code the most likely cause is the either the From Name or From Email fields can't be determined AND then the ELSE default fields are not configured.

Check Mtree Configuration under the Ratings/Rev tab about half way down complete the fields for
From Name:
From E-mail:

Then the emails will probably work.

Hi Steve, thanks for the response.. the From name and from email were both populated ok, when a review is marked as approved, it emails the reviewer ok its when the review is rejected the email is not sent. thanks
