Module Request: Who can make this for me

Hello,

I am looking for a module for Mosets Tree 2.2.3 with the following features.
I think the module can be based on mod_mt_listing.

I want the option to show listings from 1 specific userid, and show them horizontally. UserID must be set in module parameters.

Who can make this for me? I am willing to pay a small fee.
