Small Custom Work needed

Hi,

2 things:
1)Has anyone had some custom MT work done and other than a site like mambers.com or alike, does anyone have any feedback on their work?

2)I need some custom work, but nothing that I think is too ridiculous:
a)some editing of the admin section, just adding a section or upgrading the drop down menus to something more effecient than the current folders technique

b)I need to show more items per page, so figure out a solution to this or take the business template and display it in 2 columns down the page or a 3 column matrix type display

c)maybe some small stuff here or there, but not too much else

If you have any interest or know or suggest where to go, I'd love to hear it. I'm not an idiot technically, this is something I'd rather have done right the first time and not try a few things myself.
