PDF Uploads failing

** Using 3.10.4 - will update to 3.10.6 next week **

• Small PDF uploads are working OK
• PDF uploads > 20Mb are failing with no error (page refreshes and there is no active link to the PDF)

Can you advise on how to approach fixing? Thanks!


Here are notes from my tech person:

I see the file getting up to the server @ 100%, then the page refreshes, without the attachment and displays no message. However, at the end of the upload the following appears in the code suggesting that we need to wait for a fix from mtree.
