enquiry form and where to edit its layout, fields and its destination in HP 1.01

Hello,

We have just updated our Joomla to a new server and new version of both Joomla and HotProperty however we now get no "proper" layout in our email enquiry emails that are received by the agents.

This is what the agent now sees,

Subject: Little Beauty
From: "Name Here" <[email protected]>
Date: Tue, July 27, 2010 4:51 pm
To: [email protected]
Priority: Normal
Options: View Full Header | View Printable Version | Download this as a file

In all fairness we would expect to receive an email that included all those fields filled in and at least in text instead of merely a link and a from email address.

Just to spell it out for you the email should look like....

Email; Email here

Contact Phone: 555 555 555

Enquiry Field content here: Hi I would like to enquire about this property as I might be interested in buying it.

We get no name, no phone number and after 2 hours on the forums, all the answers on how to fix this issue appear to be over a version old.


Please help as I have spent 3 hours on this already which I will not be paid for and can not afford to spend more.

We are not new to Joomla or to coding and editing, however this is driving our team crazy.
Please help us!

The contact form itself is created by
\components\com_hotproperty\views\properties\tmpl\ property_contact.php
It's processed by
\components\com_hotproperty\controllers\agents.php
and namely function contact()
Trace what data are received by the function and how they are processed.
