Problem with agent menu

Hello. I'm having a little bit of trouble with the agent menu... for some reason whenever I have the agent menu published I get the following error.

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/html/administrator/components/com_hotproperty/includes/defines.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in /home/content/b/o/b/bob1889/html/modules/mod_hp_agentmenu/mod_hp_agentmenu.php on line 14

As far as I can see you use beta 4. File mod_hp_agentmenu.php really has a line 14

require_once( JPATH_ADMINISTRATOR . DS . 'components' . DS . 'com_hotproperty' . DS . 'includes' . DS . 'defines.php' ); 


But HP beta 4 does have the requested file /administrator/components/com_hotproperty/includes/defines.php

Maybe you are using old module with newer HP? If not (module and component are beta 4) check if that file exists in administrator folder.
