Change the position of actions bottoms

I need to to change the position of the various actions like Claim, Vote, Contact Owner, Print, etc...

It appears at the bottom of the kinabalu template, I want it at the top. How can I do that?

I'm using MT 2.2.6 & Joomla 2.5.9. See attached file with example image.
