help: Change 'agents' to 'developments' and expand info?

We intend to use Hot Property for a property developer and replace the 'agents' with 'developments' such as 'Waterside" or "Country Living" etc.

However we would like the development to have several pages / tabs that can be managed through joomla E.g. Overview, specification, the area etc.

On each of these we would like an image gallery.

Would anyone be able to cost up this sort of modification?

We have been working with HP for several years now. HP 0.98 AND the new Beta 4.

I have written several hacks and component for HP. Like the Seasonal Rates Component or the Multi Column Layout

Here is the list of custom work I need for HP 0.98:

1.Sms notification-when email form is filled and sent-sms is sent on agents phone number (the one that he put when he registered)
2.Adds are not in a fixed position-whenever visitor enters a page with adds they have another position,this is to prevent adds on a last place not being visited so often as adds in first few places.
3.Total number of inquiries being sent from entire site-published on front page
3.Number of inquiries for each property separately-this needs to be published on add page along with number of visits
4.More fields in agents info-2 more phones and web address
5.Google maps-new window beneath add pictures-also a way for agents to mark their property during registration
6.Sitemap generator for HP
