Could not instantiate mail function

When an enquiry is sent this is the error message that comes up
"Could not instantiate mail function"

Right below that is another message
"Thank you for your enquiry. Our agent will contact you as soon as possible."



I searched the forums and found this post here

My question is thus:
I am using version 1.0rc1 - what is the patch I need to apply to remedy this problem?

The instructions are very unclear to me, any help greatly appreciated.

Try to enable "Use company and Agent Feature" and assign company and agent to the property. Then send an enquiry again.
