Hi,

This we require several pieces of modification to hot property:

We wish to use hot property to build an holiday apartment renting website. The site will list a numerous apartments and allow apartment owners to update there apartment details, availability, and prices.

The site will allow online booking of apartments - initial payment is via a deposit payment. Final payment is settled when the customer arrives at the apartment.

General web structure should be similar to www.visit-bcn.com

To allow us to do this with hot property we need several bit of modification:

1/. Each apartment should be able to enter different season prices (unlimited number of seasons). Different prices should be allowed for different numbers of people booking an apartment ( upto the maximum occupancy )

Example - apartment sleeps 6 and has the following pricing structures per night

Group Size low season middle season High Season
1 80 100 120
2 80 100 120
3 90 110 130
4 95 115 135
5 100 120 140
6 110 130 150

2/. Differerent deposits ( as a % of total payment ) should be allowed on an apartment basis or set to a "default" deposit.

3/. Payment gateway for online transactions through http://www.ecs-world.com/

4/. On payment being taken allocation should be removed from the apartment so that it is not double booked ( without manually removing the allocation ).

5/. General reports on bookings - by: - apartment, agent, customer, date etc

6/. Email notification to "us" and to the property owner/agent of booking - there should be a system to register if the owner/agent has recieved and acknowledged the booking - we expect this to be a link in the email which the owner/agent will click to confirm. The reports should show if any bookings have or have not been confirmed by the owner/agent

7/. User search functionality on property size and date.

We would also be interested in having the front end developed if the developer can provide good examples of previous work.
