We're going to develop a Joomla site for a company offering last minute deals on game lodge, hotel and B&B accommodation.
We need a component to handle the venue listings and we think that Hot Property will be suitable. We would like to hire someone to customize the component/modules accordingly.
We're asking our accommodation vendors to complete this list (http://www.thinkdave.com/venue_input.pdf).
Once we receive the list back from vendors, we will edit the content and type it into the vendor input form in the Joomla backend (modified HP form, I assume).
We will then display the information from the form either on the site's frontpage (as a summary) or on the venue's page (as a complete page).
We will need to have the option to:
-separate venues into categories.
-choose how many venue summaries to display on the frontpage.
-customize the display on both the frontpage and the venue pages using CSS classes (presumably classes will differ between frontpage and venue pages)
-create menu items for venues or venue categories.
-display certain prices only to registered users.
-allow users to click on a 'make an enquiry' link which links them to an enquiry form, with the venue name pre-selected.
In addition to all of this, we need the site to send an email to the administrator when a special offer is reaching its end, i.e. one week before and one day before the special offer expires. If the special offer is allowed to expire, it needs to become unpublished.

We are based in South Africa, so Paypal is about the best way to make payment. We need to start ASAP, and will only have about 2 weeks to complete your portion of the design.
