If you are interested in adding a property "status" watermark over your HP listing thumbnails here you have the solution.

The solution overlays a png image over the corresponding properties images. Also available for the HP modules ( those with pictures )

I need to watermark all my photos with my logo or company name, to protect my copyrights. I'm not interested in changing status words.

anshell, in that case you will have to add the watermark when uploading your photos; you will need to hack the .php code where the thumbs are generated so the watermark will modify the original file and its thumb.

Mosets Tree content in one site needs to appear in another site (wrapper) without containing the surrounding interface buttons and headers. Just the Mosets Tree data needs to appear in the other site’s wrapper. Mosets Tree features must be accessible without pop-up pages or surrounding interface parts.

Hey SahDigital, this ones free. Instead of wrapping with http://www.yourdomain.com/index.php?option=com_tree use http://www.yourdomain.com/index2.php?option=com_tree
Notice the index2.php? That tells Joomla to not parse the template.

1. I need to group agents. So this means, its an additional area to select agents and make a group. The property listing can choose a single agent or a group name. If the property is attached to a group, therefore all the enquiries will go to the agents in that group.

2. I need to integrate Account Expiration Component to HP agents. So if that Agents can add, manage their properties in a subscribed period through AEC. When the agent expires, all properties and access to that agent should be unpublished and not allowed to view.

3. The enquiry form should be customizable through back-end HP manager. So if i need to include additional field to the enquiry form, like text box, check box, drop downs, or date selection by callendar, etc.

Do you have any plans to improve the search feature (seems rather limited) or display/load MLS listings?

Yes, we are working on an import feature for MLS at this time. For the time being there are to work arounds.

1) Manual entry.
2) Many MLS and IDX systems must be "linked" to anyway as the don't let you directly import. It's a simply enough thing to "wrap" the external link so the user feels like they are still on your SerrRealEstate.com website.

Regarding the search function, it's pretty good. On our demo site it can seem a little "weak" as we only have 5 properties posted for demo purposes.

Given this, we have no immeadiate intention of improving the search. However, if you need this, we can certainly create a solution.

I'll bet the records it did import are the 8 records with no data in the "name" field. Try changing the field you labeled "Name" in your Excel file to "cust_1".

Original HP search "engine" creates a temporary table with properties' data and through a system of SQL queries reduces it to get the search result.

I developed a purely PHP code solution for searching the properties without creating any temporary tables. Theoretically this solution is quicker.

And this help is not for just one time. It´s for a looong time, like for exemple, everytime MT have an upgrade, I´ll need this expert to upgrade it for me.
