anshell, in that case you will have to add the watermark when uploading your photos; you will need to hack the .php code where the thumbs are generated so the watermark will modify the original file and its thumb.

Notice the index2.php? That tells Joomla to not parse the template.

1. I need to group agents. So this means, its an additional area to select agents and make a group. The property listing can choose a single agent or a group name. If the property is attached to a group, therefore all the enquiries will go to the agents in that group.

2. I need to integrate Account Expiration Component to HP agents. So if that Agents can add, manage their properties in a subscribed period through AEC. When the agent expires, all properties and access to that agent should be unpublished and not allowed to view.

Yes, we are working on an import feature for MLS at this time. For the time being there are to work arounds.

1) Manual entry.
2) Many MLS and IDX systems must be "linked" to anyway as the don't let you directly import. It's a simply enough thing to "wrap" the external link so the user feels like they are still on your SerrRealEstate.com website.

Regarding the search function, it's pretty good. On our demo site it can seem a little "weak" as we only have 5 properties posted for demo purposes.

Given this, we have no immeadiate intention of improving the search. However, if you need this, we can certainly create a solution.

I'll bet the records it did import are the 8 records with no data in the "name" field. Try changing the field you labeled "Name" in your Excel file to "cust_1".

Original HP search "engine" creates a temporary table with properties' data and through a system of SQL queries reduces it to get the search result.

I developed a purely PHP code solution for searching the properties without creating any temporary tables. Theoretically this solution is quicker.

However we would like the development to have several pages / tabs that can be managed through joomla E.g. Overview, specification, the area etc.

On each of these we would like an image gallery.

Here is the list of custom work I need for HP 0.98:

1.Sms notification-when email form is filled and sent-sms is sent on agents phone number (the one that he put when he registered)
2.Adds are not in a fixed position-whenever visitor enters a page with adds they have another position,this is to prevent adds on a last place not being visited so often as adds in first few places.
3.Total number of inquiries being sent from entire site-published on front page
3.Number of inquiries for each property separately-this needs to be published on add page along with number of visits
4.More fields in agents info-2 more phones and web address
5.Google maps-new window beneath add pictures-also a way for agents to mark their property during registration

Confirmation of Mosets compatibility with Yootheme templates & MooTools
Address and other tweaks to match the chosen interface language. We can explain this in more detail later.
