Much awaited! auto mail to buyers as well as agents on match of criteria

Hi all,

This is the most essential function to retain customers in ur website.

1) Store information as in what a buyer is looking for.
For eg. 2 bed room, specific location, budget, property type, etc.etc.

2)now a cron mail function will run and send mail both to buyers(multiple) saying that "buyers this is the set of property available which matches ur criteria.
Property Type: Apartment
Location: Singapore
No.o f Bedrooms: 3
Price: $1000
etc etc

at the same time agents(can be multiple) who has property which matches the criteria given by the buyers matches will recieve a mail saying that Mr. XYZ buyer is looking for a property at your location of type.

Useful module !!
View Responses/Enquiry module available in agents menu where agents can check their responses as they get thru email.
So no need of checking email...cuz after login agents can check their numbers of enquiries.
