Need the ability to have an agent specific property listing template

Hi,

I am implementing a real estate portal for the Australian Market, which will go live with 500 agents over 500 real estate agencies.

I need the following functionality:

1. Ability to have an agent specific property listing template for each of their listings

2. Ability to export each agents listings in an iframe

I haven't been able to find an answer after reading through the posts on the forum.
